4Marketers delivers digital consulting services — not physical products. Each engagement (Find Your Edge, Claim Your Space, Land With One Voice) is a fixed-scope service delivered as a written document within 48 hours of completed briefing.

DELIVERABLES

All deliverables are digital documents delivered via email. No physical goods are shipped. No inventory exists.

REFUND POLICY

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with your deliverable, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@4marketers.com and we will either revise the deliverable or issue a full refund — at our discretion based on the nature of the concern. Refund requests made after 7 days of delivery cannot be processed. Refunds are not available if the briefing intake form was not completed by the client, as the deliverable quality depends on the information provided.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if cancelled before the briefing intake form has been submitted. Once work has commenced, cancellations are not eligible for refund.
