Rollout Help

Rollout — we put your message into everything you sell with

You have the message. This is the part where it reaches the homepage, the ads, the deck, the agency, and every person on your team who opens their mouth to a buyer.

The Stand-Out Plan tells you what to say. Saying it — everywhere, the same way, without it drifting back to the old words within a month — is a different job. A message that's clear in one place and blurry in five is still a leak.

No time. No team. No problem.

Most plans don't fail. They just don't get done. The person who was going to rewrite the homepage is running a launch. The deck is on someone's list behind three other things. The agency is waiting on a brief nobody has written.

That's not a strategy problem — it's a capacity problem, and it's the one that quietly kills good work. We're the hands. You keep the plan and the decisions; we do the writing, the briefing, and the chasing until the message is actually live.

How it's priced

Fixed price. Fixed end date. You know both before you commit.

Tell us where it's stuck. Within 48 hours you get one page: what we'd do, in what order, when it's finished, and what it costs — signed by the strategist who signed your plan. You say yes or no. The price doesn't move, and neither does the date.

Two shapes, depending on what you're facing:

A project. One thing, finished. Best when there's a deliverable and a deadline — the site relaunch, the new deck, the market entry.

Monthly support. A fixed monthly price for a fixed term. Best when it's not one job but a steady stream. It ends on the date we agree. You renew because you want to, not because nobody cancelled it.

Either way, the one page comes back in 48 hours and tells you the whole cost and the whole timeline before you decide.

What we can help you with

We do the work

  • Same words, every mouth — five people in your company currently give five answers. We write the one answer, split it by role, and run the session that makes it stick. You can check it worked: ask five people again next week.
  • Channel rewrite — homepage, ads, deck, outbound, proposals: rewritten from the plan, not adapted from the old copy.
  • Agency briefing — we brief your agency from the plan, so what you pay them for carries the message instead of diluting it, and we review what comes back.
  • Sales enablement — the deck, the objection answers, the follow-up emails, the one-pager your buyer forwards to the person who signs.
  • Season support — a check-in against your calendar and targets: what's shipped, what's slipped, what to change.

We hold the message

    • Running the team to it — someone has to own the message day to day, hold the line when a campaign drifts, and say no to the version that sounds nicer but says less. We do that job until someone inside can.
    • Hiring for it — the brief, the scorecard, the questions that separate a marketer who can carry your message from one who's good at marketing in general. We'll sit in on the interviews.
    • Standing in the gap — between a CMO leaving and a CMO starting, or before you're ready to hire one at all, we hold the message so a vacancy doesn't cost you a season.
    • Follow-on plans — a Stand-Out Plan for the next market, product or competitor set, scored the same way.

Pick what you need. Or tell us where it's stuck and we'll tell you which two or three actually matter — and which you can skip.

You'll recognise yourself if…

  • The plan worked in the pitch — but the homepage still says the old thing.
  • Sales says one thing, marketing another, the agency a third.
  • You've rewritten the deck twice and it still drifts back.
  • You're taking the message into a new market, product or channel and don't want to start from zero.

Who it's for

Clients who have a Stand-Out Plan. Rollout is what you do after the message is right; doing it before is how agencies burn budgets on beautiful versions of the wrong words. No plan yet? Start there — €500, 48 hours. Get your Stand-Out Plan →

How it works:

  1. Book 20 minutes. Tell us in a line or two what's stuck, so we put the right senior person on the call — not a salesperson who takes notes and passes it on. Not a pitch, not a discovery session: we ask what we need to quote you properly, and you get a straight answer on whether we're the right people. If we're not, we'll say so on the call.
  2. One page back within 48 hours. The work, the price, the end date, signed by the strategist who'd do it.
  3. We start. Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed end date. When it's done, it's done.
